About Community Creative Ltd

Community Creative Ltd is a not for profit organisation based in Coventry, West Midlands. The people working within Community Creative benefit from many years of experience working with and supporting the third sector. Community Creative Ltd was created to provide on-line and off-line marketing, communication and IT training services. We work with charities, not for profit companies, voluntary organisations, authorities, residents, communities and organisations.

John McIntosh
John’s career started as a Materials Scientist working in both the US and UK. His work with image analysis systems led him to become involved in the information technology sector. He then moved into a technical sales and management role and since 1997 has ran a successful web, media and printing company. John has a wealth of experience working with a wide range of organisations, from small community groups to multi national public companies. He is an experienced public speaker and IT, sales and marketing trainer.


Jennifer Nicholson
Jennifer trained as a fine artist and illustrator. Since 2000 she has been providing web, graphic design and new media services to a wide range of organisations. Her IT skills are very broad and she is highly accomplished in graphic design, web design, illustration and Flash based new media technologies. She is an accomplished copywriter and brings a refreshing and unique style to our clients’ projects. She is very experienced in managing projects and producing results to a deadline. Jennifer is also an experienced IT, graphic design, web design and new media trainer.




Rosemary Lass
Rosemary is currently the Director of a medical research charity providing Substance Misuse Detoxification Services to a number of top security prisons within the UK. She has considerable 'hands on' experience working in the voluntary and charity sectors, both within the UK and internationally. She has been instrumental in the development of a number of research projects and in international liaison. Most recently she negotiated contracts with the prison service and two PCTs.




Anthony Nicholson
Tony has over 25 years experience of personnel management. His leadership skills include developing and motivating teams to achieve their objectives. He is a first-class communicator and organiser, dedicated to maintaining high quality standards. His has extensive experience of working with ethnic communities. He has also worked with delinquent children and young offenders in community care projects.
