Ordering & Payments
You can request a quotation and place an order by email or telephone. We require payment with order for all new customers. Payments can be made by bank transfer or cheque. You can apply for credit terms after your first order.

Delivery
Delivery time of print varies depending upon the items being ordered. However, most of our print items will be delivered to your premises on the 5th or 6th day after artwork approval. This will be confirmed when you place your order. We also offer fast despatch options if you're in a hurry, ask for details. We have a zero profit margin on delivery. Our delivery charges simply pass on the courier cost and a small charge for our handling.



The Environment
Our paper meets the coveted demanding standards of the FSC (Forestry Stewardship Council). Each year our suppliers plant many thousands of extra trees on our behalf. Our FSC paper is printed with ink that is based on clean vegetable oil. Almost all the Paper and Board we use is to the FSC standard and, on request, we can now put the FSC logo on your finished printing, as a badge of honour that you care about how your printing is produced.
